We collect data based on the regulations of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to offer you this website and our products and services.

  1. Contact
    For simple contact possibility our web page offers possibilities for easy electronic contact with us. These options include eMail addresses for contacting us as well as contact forms. The personal data transmitted are stored automatically. We use this data only to process your request.
  2. Free download of COMINTO software products
    When you download our free software, we ask you for your email to send you the download link. The email with the download link may include an optional opt-in form for our newsletter about our products and services. You are free to confirm (double-opt-in) subscribing to the newsletter if you want. In this case the newsletter provider stores your email, ip address, date and time of your opt-in and optional additional information you provide during signup to the newsletter. This confirmation is not obligatory to receive and use our free software.
  3. Purchasing COMINTO software products
    When you purchase a COMINTO product or sign up for a COMINTO service, we collect information to process your payment and create your account and send you the email with download information. This information include your email address, and for invoicing purpose your company name, name, vatid and physical address and where applicable. We use third-party service provider to process your payment. These third parties are governed by their own agreements.
  4. When downloading and installing purchased software, you need to provide the software with identifiable information such as your COMINTO account or licensing information (“license key”). On installation and execution, the software may send certain information including product edition and version and information about the operating system and/or environment where the product is installed. A unique randomly generated id is also used to distinguish instances. The software can check for available updates and license validation using the license key. Additionally the software sends edition and version information to show dynamic content like banners to inform you about product updates.
  5. Signup for marketing and newsletter where applicable
    If you opt-in for signing up to our newsletter with information about our products and services, we store information about you including personal data such as email and optional informations like name, address, company name you provide. You are free to opt-out again any time and ask us to delete any personal information.
  6. We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services.
  7. If you terminate your relationship with us, we could be forced to store archived copies of invoices with your information to comply with law. All other information are deleted.
  8. Your ip address is recorded temporarily only to ensure running this website and is deleted by rolling server logfiles.
